Our Story

Shayna and Gerry - Mexican Food Ambassadors!

Our Chef-owners come from different walks of life but they have the same passion for Mexican and Latin American food. While Shayna is a catering expert, Gerry is a grilling master specializing in meats. When they met, they quickly discovered they both loved cooking authentic recipes from the south and this is how Grill 23 began... one taco at a time!

At Grill 23, we believe that Mexican food should be served authentic, the way it was created. Preserving the true identity of these ancestral recipes is our mission. We serve our tacos the way you find them in the streets of Mexico, topped with onions, cilantro, lime juice and delicious home made sauces. All our dishes and sauces are made from scratch in our kitchen using out own signature recipes as we believe in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and flavour.

We offer a delicious menu for our retail customers at the Talbot Centre food court, but we are also available for all your catering needs in the London, ON area. Are you tired of the typical potato salad and roast beef menu? Then give us a call!
